HERMAN (the hedgehog) Peyote Fob
3pm – 5pm
Ever wanted a little bling on your scissors, phone or handbag? Well ladies, this is the class for you! This is an introductory class for peyote beading. Students will learn how to make an odd count, flat peyote scissor fob using the two needle method (extremely easy!), follow a pattern and fringe the scissor fob! Everything is included in the kit, beads, specialty beads, findings, instructions, even the needles! All you bring to class is a lighted magnifier, if you need one (the Japanese delica beads have a very large hole and are very uniform) and your scissors! We have taught at National retail markets, local EGA’s, and regional seminars, and had success with virtually all students, in that they all have learned how to do peyote beading!!!! Expand your vision, you too can do peyote beading!!!!!!
Pat Cherry and Peggy Tipton
Pat Cherry and Peggy Tipton are two friends with a love
of needlework and beads who joined together to form this small company. Our
vivid imagination and sense of humor mixed with our goal to “put at
least one bead on everything we design” has at times presented a challenge – usually
with positive results. We enjoy sharing our designs and hope you enjoy them
All of our kits are complete with instructions and necessary materials to complete the project. We use unusual beads which occasionally may vary from the original, but always compliment the piece.
Our needlework accessories include beaded scissor keeps, beaded scissor fobs, and bead embellished laying tools/shawl pins (carved or plain – no two alike). All beaded accessories are handmade.
